Between 2020 and 2021, our team managed the social media presence of <\/span>this is Redy<\/b>, Hungary\u2019s first menstrual underwear brand.\nOur role went far beyond content creation \u2014 we were responsible for building an <\/span>active, engaged, and supportive<\/b> online community around the brand.<\/span><\/p>\n

The key challenge was that the communication centered around a <\/span>traditionally taboo subject \u2014 menstruation.<\/b> Our goal was to approach this topic in a way that was educational, authentic, and accessible across generations. To achieve this, <\/span>we built a close relationship with the audience,<\/b>responding to every comment, message, and review consistently and empathetically, in line with the brand\u2019s values.<\/span><\/p>\n

The brand\u2019s authenticity was strengthened by a carefully crafted <\/span>brand persona,<\/b>which we develop for each of our clients. In Redy\u2019s case, this persona took the form of a <\/span>friendly, outspoken \u201cbig sister or best friend\u201d voice \u2014 approachable, educational, and relatable,<\/b> yet unafraid to address taboo topics with honesty and warmth.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through our social media management, we helped make a traditionally taboo subject \u2014 menstruation \u2014 widely approachable and understood. Thanks to active community engagement, we achieved a <\/span>100%<\/b> response rate to comments and messages, while the community <\/span>grew by 40% in just six months.<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This project perfectly illustrates that <\/span>community building on social media<\/b> is not just about growing follower numbers \u2014 it\u2019s about <\/span>creating genuine dialogue,<\/b>fostering real connections, and delivering an authentic sense of belonging around the brand.<\/span><\/p>\n
